Bought a Single Family home in 2022 on Astoria Cir, Wesley Chapel, FL.

If we could give 6 stars we would. Being new to the area and doing a new build we relied heavily on Julie’s expertise, she even helped us secure a rental while we were waiting for the build. The pandemic added it’s own issues and delays and Julie was able to keep things moving, answer all of our questions/concerns, and get us across the finish line all while staying incredibly positive and optimistic especially when we weren’t. She even helped with some design questions and caught a few things that the construction managers missed during our walkthrough. We’re in our forever home now and we know it wouldn’t have been possible without Julie.
