Julie listened carefully to what we were looking for in our next home.
She presented us with three original options. We were a bit undecided as to a home or condo purchase. Knowing this was going to be our last home purchase; as older seasoned citizens; we took our time. Looking for several months weighing all our options; with Julie's helpful eye. We ended up purchasing one of the original homes she had suggested. Thinking back I wonder what took us so long. Julie knew right away the exact perfect fit for our future needs. My wife and I decided, in 2017, to downsize from our large house ( 6500 sq.ft., 5.5 acres, in ground pool, etc.)
We interviewed several Real Estate Agents and chose to work with Julie Pieczonka.

Julie did an outstanding job and found a buyer family that was a perfect fit for the property that we had built and lived in for 23 years.
We had decided, after the sale of our property, to look for a suitable location to build a smaller house that we intend to spend the rest of our lives in. Julie found a nice lot in a beautiful community on a golf course on the western side of Cincinnati which was our preferred location. We subsequently purchased the lot, and in November of 2018 we moved into a new home that we are very happy with.
